Hyrox | Official race-prep programming designed to build strength, endurance, and pacing across all HYROX stations and running intervals — with scalable options for beginners to competitive athletes. |
Open Gym | Open gym times are not coached, classes. Athletes can come in and do the daily programming on their own, or make up a WOD missed during the week. Staff will be on-site at all times but may be working with another member. |
CrossFit | A challenging 60 minute class that is general physical fitness scalable for all levels. Combining the strength training of Olympic Lifting with the mobility & body control of Gymnastics and the metabolic conditioning of an athlete. |
CrossFit Sweat 45 | This class is 45 minutes a day of fun, no-fuss-fitness for all levels. No progressions on skills or movement techniques, just a workout to help you build CONSISTENCY in daily movement. |
Barbell Club | The CAMPUS Barbell Club focuses on Olympic lifting primarily, and the supporting mobility, strength & conditioning needs to progress with all variations of the Clean, Jerk and Snatch. |
EMOM40 | EMOM40 is a high-effort, no-frills conditioning session built to improve pacing, build your engine, and expose your weak points (in the best way possible). Inspired by the same structure Fraser used from day one of the season to competition day, this class adapts to where you’re at — and pushes you one step further. |
