LilFIT Ages 5-8 45 min class Fitness basics, play & coach-ability in the gym Our LilFIT program is designed to teach the fitness basics to youth ages 5-8. We scale all sessions for all levels and begin to work through the foundational movements and build conditioning, while also working through skill development and coachability in the gym. Our LilFIT athletes who will gain a capacity for independent coachability and understanding of training and will be invited to join our YouthFIT Level 1 program which enables a much larger selection of group class times and begins to introduce various training methods like CrossFit, HIIT & Barbell Club.

CAMPUS COMP Training CAMPUS Comp Training focuses on preparation, skill development and weight training volume to specifically prepare for what a competition day or event may look and feel like. Includes 6 days per week of Competition level programming.
YouthFIT L1 Our YouthFIT L1 (Level 1) program is designed for youth ages 9-15 who are new to functional training, sport, or athletics. We work through the foundational movements, build conditioning and get the young athletes comfortable and confident in the gym. We introduce rowing, running, gymnastics, and light strength training. From there young athletes can graduate to our YouthFIT L2 program which begins to introduce barbells, rope climbs, and advanced gymnastics and strength training. Our YouthFIT L2 (Level 2) program is designed for competitive or athletically experienced youth ages 9-15 who are ready to take their training in sports and athletics to the next level and get prepared to join our adult group class program at the correct time in the future. We scale all sessions for all levels. We work through the foundational movements and build conditioning, while also working through strength-building cycles and specific skill-building sessions appropriate for the ages and athlete competency.
Personal Training Campus Athletics builds and runs personal training programs for athletes of all levels. Whether training for Olympics, competitive sports or to simply have the confidence to pick yourself back up if you fall, we partner with you create a functional training regimen that delivers results

MOBILITY CLASS Get in your mobility & stretch!
Backyard Barbell [60min] If you’ve got a barbell and some plates, this is perfect. Six weeks of Coach-led strength training that will have you surprised what you can accomplish in such a short period of time!
CrossFit A challenging 60 minute class that is general physical fitness scalable for all levels. Combining the strength training of Olympic Lifting with the mobility & body control of Gymnastics and the metabolic conditioning of an athlete.
Open Gym Open gym times are not coached, classes. Athletes can come in and do the daily programming on their own, or make up a WOD missed during the week. Staff will be on-site at all times but may be working with another member.
Saturday Campus Crew Hero WOD [60m] Saturdays, we all work out together and get a Hero WOD done!
OLY-101 Reinforcing the fundamentals of the Clean and the Snatch through strength development, mobilization and technique drills.

Barbell Club The CAMPUS Barbell Club focuses on Olympic lifting primarily, and the supporting mobility, strength & conditioning needs to progress with all variations of the Clean, Jerk and Snatch.
CrossFit Sweat 45 This class is 45 minutes a day of fun, no-fuss-fitness for all levels. No progressions on skills or movement techniques, just a workout to help you build CONSISTENCY in daily movement.
