Barbell Club | The CAMPUS Barbell Club focuses on Olympic lifting primarily, and the supporting mobility, strength & conditioning needs to progress with all variations of the Clean, Jerk and Snatch. |
CAMPUS COMP Training | CAMPUS Comp Training focuses on preparation, skill development and weight training volume to specifically prepare for what a competition day or event may look and feel like. Includes 6 days per week of Competition level programming. |

LilFIT | Ages 5-8 45 min class Fitness basics, play & coach-ability in the gym Our LilFIT program is designed to teach the fitness basics to youth ages 5-8. We scale all sessions for all levels and begin to work through the foundational movements and build conditioning, while also working through skill development and coachability in the gym. Our LilFIT athletes who will gain a capacity for independent coachability and understanding of training and will be invited to join our YouthFIT Level 1 program which enables a much larger selection of group class times and begins to introduce various training methods like CrossFit, HIIT & Barbell Club. |
